You have the ball. You have the Pump. Now what?
Here are our top tips for inflating the ball to get those glutes and core super strong 💪🏼👙
Remove the plug with a small coin. Put it somewhere safe!
Insert needle into hole of ball. Gently holding the ball close to where the needle inserts. Begin pumping.
Once the ball has some air in it. Place it against a table/ chair and keep pumping to give yourself a better lever. Pump as MUCH as you want. We recommend pumping it up a little more than you would like so if some air escapes it will be at the perfect pressure. We recommend slightly less air.
Don't worry about popping it. Keep pumping until all the creases are gone and you are happy with the size.
Place your thumb over the hole while you look for the plug which you "safely" put somewhere :)
Once you have the plug in your hand quickly put the plug in the hole. You will become a PRO at this.
